Many books, videos and DVDs from Answers in Genesis are available in the library. Hours Monday – Friday 9 am – 2:30 pm (when school is in session) Sunday morning (before and after the worship service) Collection The library is home to about 10,000 books and audio-visual items ranging in interest level from toddler to adult. This fully-automated collection includes a healthy balance of classics and recently published books with an average of 1,000 items added to the collection each year. Interlibrary loan service (available only to the school community) Technology 6 computers are available for library users to . . . search the collection access the Internet access electronic databases complete statistics homework using Mini-tab utilize common programs such as Microsoft Word or Power Point search digital encyclopedias such as Microsoft Encarta (loaded on the hard drives) or World Book Online (online subscription) Borrowing Policies Anyone attending Webster Bible Church as well as the students, faculty and staff of Webster Christian School may borrow materials. In general, library users may borrow 3 items at a time for a loan period of two weeks. For more details, read WBC/WCS Borrowing Policies and Procedures. Donations Monetary gifts or donations of new books to the library are a wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion, honor a teacher, or remember a loved one. A plaque hanging on the wall near the circulation desk displays the names of people honored with monetary donations, and book plates naming the donor and/or honoree are placed inside the front cover of donated books or books purchased with donated funds. The WBC/WCS Library gladly receives donations of books and other materials in good condition which fit the scope and purpose of the collection as it serves the church and school community.
